Travestates and Travestates.com is the name of the company, website, and service. "Members" are the renters or lister to any specific rental property; being a private home, condominium, hotel, resort, or timeshare. The "user" is a visitor of Travestates.com who makes a booking/reservation request with a registered member on Travestate.com.

Article 1. Liabilities - We provide services to people interested in listing real estate, particularly within the travel industry. We do not have control over the listings that are posted and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of the said listing. Travestates is not responsible for the actions the lister takes before, during, and after the listing is posted; typographical errors; misprints; loss of merchandise/money; or damage due to the visit to Travestates.com. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Article 2. Reservations - As a user, you are welcome to use Travestates.com to suit or needs. We do have place restrictions on the user, particularly on reservations. As a user, you may make reservations online. The reservation is held between the user and renter (known as the member). It is up to the user to abide by the conditions set by the renter for reservations.

Article 3. Deposits & Other Payments - The user can make electronic payments via several payment gateways. Any transaction between the user, renter, and the payment processing company is between all parties. Travestates is not responsible for any errors, exclusions, or with any transaction whether it be electronic or standard forms of payments.

Article 4. Canceled Reservations - If a reservation needs to be canceled, it is up to the user to make the cancellation. Any deposits or payments made to the renter may or may not be fully or partially refundable according to the renter’s rental conditions.

Article 5. Charges and Fees - Travestates does not charge fees for registering as a user, having an account, or making reservations.

Article 6. Privacy - Any information provided during registration is stored on our server. Travestates may store cookies on a remote machine for each time you may visit Travestates.com. No information is ever rented, sold, or distributed. Travestates reserves the right to access your account by any means, whether it be for administrative or technical means. Visitor information is used for statistical purposes for both Travestates and renters (members). Members are given the ability to create statistics about their listings. The number of visits and unique visits are recorded for the renter; however, no information about the visitor is given.

Article 7. Warranty - Travestates provides this web site in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. Travestates is not liable for any damages resulting in a listing or your visit to the site.

You may not list property that may be in violation with federal, state, and local law. Listings cannot contain anything illegal and contain any racial, prejudicial, or inappropriate content. Listings are subject to review at any time and if in violation will removed without notice.

Article 4. Charges and Fees - Travestates may charge certain fees for adding listings and may change these charges at any time without notice.
